Dear KServicing PPP LOAN Recipients,
We are committed in providing premier customer service and strive to implement ways to improve service to customers. We would like to thank you for your patronage and notify you that your loan servicing is being transferred. Effective April 18, 2023, your PPP Loan servicing is being transferred to Lendistry SBLC, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of B.S.D. Capital, Inc. dba Lendistry. After this date, Lendistry will be collecting your PPP loan payments and assisting with the forgiveness application process.
KServicing will stop processing PPP loan forgiveness applications on April 17, 2023. Lendistry will be providing email communications within the next two weeks with instructions on moving forward with Lendistry as your servicers. Please be sure to add to your email contacts, pppsupport@lendistry.com, to ensure you receive email communications from Lendistry.
For borrowers that have a forgiveness application in process in Biz2Credit, access to the forgiveness portal will be turned off on April 17, 2023. Beginning April 19th, forgiveness applications will be completed through SBA's direct forgiveness portal at https://directforgiveness.sba.gov/. Please create a login to complete forgiveness as soon as possible. If your PPP original loan amount is over $150,000 Lendistry will reach out separately to provide next steps for forgiveness.
